Visa Information
Whether you are going to Australia for just a holiday as a tourist or if you plan to work you will need a visa. A visa will be a stamp or label in a passport granted by the Australian government.
Types of Visa:
Tourism Visa:
Short Stay Visitor Visa — for visits of 3 months or less.
Long Stay visitor Visa — for visits between 3 - 6 months.
Working Visa:
Working Holiday Makers — for working holidays of 12 months or less. This will alllow you to work for any job but not for any one employer for more than 3 months.
Business (Short Stay) visa — allows business person to make a visit to Australia of up to three months to conduct business e.g. conference, negotiation etc.
